Erika Mosse
Director of Content @Pro Remodeler

Erika is the Director of Content for Pro Remodeler. Mosse has more than 20 years of experience as a speaker, journalist, and advocate for small businesses. She has been the recipient of numerous honors, including nine Jesse H. Neal awards, widely considered the Pulitzer Prize of business media. Prior to joining Pro Remodeler, Mosse was editorial director for Pool & Spa News, a media brand serving the swimming pool construction market. She passionately believes in the importance of bringing more women, especially women leaders, into the residential construction industry and is inspired by her work toward that goal.

Denise Dersin
Consultant @Pro Builder

Denise Dersin is a consultant for Pro Builder, having served as its editor since 2003. An award-winning writer and editor for more than 40 years, she previously served as editor-in-chief of Builder magazine and as editor at Time-Life Books. During her tenure at Time-Life, she edited, wrote, or researched more than 50 volumes for its award-winning series of books.

Caroline Broderick
Managing Editor @Pro Remodeler

Caroline Broderick is the managing editor for Pro Remodeler. Most recently, she served as the associate editor for PR's sister publications, Pro Builder, Custom Builder, and PRODUCTS where she covered design, building products, trends, and more in the residential construction industry. Additionally, Caroline co-hosts Pro Remodeler and Pro Builder's Women in Residential Construction podcast.

Layne Deakins
Associate Editor @Pro Builder, PRODUCTS, and Custom Builder

Layne Deakins is the associate editor for Pro Builder, PRODUCTS, and Custom Builder. She writes feature articles, manages social media accounts, and produces e-newsletters for all three brands.

David Barista
Editorial Director @Building Design+Construction

David Barista is the Editorial Director of Building Design+Construction. He has covered the U.S. construction industry for more than 22 years, including 19 years with Building Design+Construction and three years with Pro Builder magazine. During his tenure with BD+C, David led the development of BD+C’s daily newsletter, The Daily 5, and helped launch multiple in-person events, including Women in Design+Construction. He has won numerous editorial awards, including six Jesse H. Neal Awards. David is a past member of the Board of Trustees for the SMPS Foundation, where he helped develop and fundraise for much-needed research for the AEC industry. Off the clock, David enjoys biking, sports, coaching his daughter’s basketball team, and renovating his 1970s California-style home.

Lisa Allen
Director of Events @SGC Horizon

Lisa Allen is a Director of Events for SGC Horizon. She has over 25 years of trade show and event planning experience. She coordinates and plans the Women in Residential+Commercial Construction Conference as well as Pro Builder & Pro Remodeler's U40 Leadership Summit. Lisa also is a project manager for Pro Builder’s Demonstration Homes.

Sean Olin
CGA, CGP, CSP, Vice President, Director of Sales @SGC Horizon

Sean Olin CGA, CGP, CSP, Vice President, Director of Sales, is an experienced sales management professional with over 20 years of experience selling data, media, and events within the construction industry. Sean has worked with the largest Media and Data companies servicing the construction industry. As an individual contributor and a manager, Sean’s territories were consistently the top performing areas nationally. Sean’s passion for the construction industry is evident by his participation in local, state and national industry associations where he has held leadership roles and won numerous awards.
